3. The Background Questionnaire for Business Leaders

This Background Questionnaire to be completed prior to all scoring participants completing the SSQ
The Questionnaire includes organisational challenges, capabilities, competencies, skill elements, roles, impact of AI, etc. This information will be relevant both to the identification of Critical Roles and inform on the development of the Strategic Workforce Plan
It is designed to achieve ‘buy-in’ of Business Leaders into the process
Note. This questionnaire can be modified to suit the requirements of the client

4. Scoring the SSQ (includes a soft copy of the questionnaire)

The 55 item SSQ to be scored by the designated SSQ in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME), the relevant Business Partner and the Business Leader who oversees the roles in question
Each scoring participant enters their scores for each of the roles to the link and thereafter then they are able to compare their scores with those of the other participants
Scoring differences can then be discussed by scoring participants priot to determining the final scoring
Role mapping charts are then generated
Note. A Guide to the SSQ is available for download that has examples of scoring for various roles over various industries. A pdf version of the SSQ is also available for download which forms part of the reading and preparation in scoring roles.
